Development Update v3.1.96 June 10, 2026

Greetings Doctivity Users,

Version 3.1.96 has been pushed to production. This release includes several new features, workflow improvements, and bug fixes across Key, Activity Notes, STARK tracking, Mileage Tracking, Locations, Labels, and Provider/Organization tools.

New Features and Enhancements

Provider and Shared Patient Reporting

Added a new PDF export for Provider → Shared Patients → Provider to Provider service lines.
Added a new PDF download on Location Details pages to view all providers and contacts associated with a location.

Key and Label Management

Added the ability to create Labels using Key, the AI Assistant.
Added the ability to add providers to Labels using Key.
Added the ability to add or build provider Labels by pasting NPIs into Key.
Added the ability to add organizations to Labels using Key.
Added the ability to add or build organization Labels by pasting NPIs into Key.
Updated the Label provider upload text for improved clarity.

STARK Tracking

Added STARK tracking to the Activity Menu.
Added the ability to log STARK tracking when creating an Activity Note.
Added per-provider STARK tracking, including aggregate tracking and provider page visibility.

Activity Notes

Added the ability for users to select the owner of an Activity Note.
Added the ability to transfer ownership of an Activity Note to another user.
Added the ability for Admin users to create and assign Activity Notes.

Mileage Tracking

Added the ability to designate mileage as personal car or company car.
Fixed a time zone issue in the Mileage Tracking table.

Search and Display Improvements

Improved location search using USPS postal matching.
Fixed a chart display issue in Organizations → Payor Chart for some organizations.
Fixed an issue where the affiliated icon was not displaying in the Favorite Providers table.
Fixed a rare issue that could occur when searching by city in the Favorite Providers table.
Fixed an issue where Key’s welcome text could be cut off on smaller desktop screen resolutions.
Fixed phone number formatting issues when editing phone numbers throughout the site.
