Development Update v3.2.8 July 16, 2026
Hello,
Version 3.2.8 of Doctivity Health is now live in production, introducing new provider-flow analytics, expanded AI capabilities and additional reporting and document tools.
New Provider Flow Analytics
A new Provider Flow feature is now available within Labels, allowing users to visualize shared-patient movement between defined groups of providers.
Users can now:
- View shared-patient flow between provider groups
- Download Provider Flow data as a CSV
- Add providers directly to Labels from the Provider Flow results
These enhancements make it easier to evaluate referral relationships, identify patient movement patterns and organize providers for targeted outreach or further analysis.
Expanded Key AI Capabilities
Key, Doctivity Health’s conversational AI assistant, now offers several new capabilities:
- Add providers and organizations to existing Labels
- Create custom markets by state
- Interact using an updated voice model
These updates are designed to help users complete common workflows, build targeted analyses and access actionable information more efficiently.
Document and Data Management Improvements
Version 3.2.8 also includes several workflow enhancements:
- A new PDF Join Tool in Documents for combining multiple PDF files
- New interface guidance and processing limitations for exceptionally large Provider Shared Affiliation PDF downloads
The Shared Affiliation PDF updates provide clearer feedback when a requested report contains more data than can be reliably processed in a single download.
