Greetings,
We’re excited to share the latest updates coming to Doctivity in Version 3.2.16, including a brand-new way to stay on top of important activity across the platform.
Introducing the Doctivity Notifications Center
We’ve launched a new notifications experience designed to help you see what needs your attention without having to hunt for it.
With this release, you can now receive notifications when:
- An Activity Note is assigned to you by another user
- A Mileage Tracking report is assigned to you
- Doctivity shares an important product announcement or update
This is the foundation for an even more connected notification experience, and we’ll continue expanding the types of alerts available over time.
Download Provider Flow Labels as PDFs
You can now download Labels → Provider Flow directly as a PDF, making it easier to save, share, and reference your work outside of Doctivity.
More Insight into Shared Patients
Within Providers → Shared Patients, Doctivity now displays the combined affiliation percentage across all service lines, giving you a clearer picture of provider relationships at a glance.
A Better New-User Experience
We’ve improved the onboarding experience for new users, making it easier to get oriented and start working in Doctivity.
Continued Improvements to Key, Our AI Assistant
Key continues to get smarter based on customer feedback and the reports you send us. This release includes improvements to Key as well as fixes related to Provider and Organization Market Data.
And please keep using Send to Developers when something doesn’t look right, those reports have been extremely helpful in helping us investigate and improve Key.
Additional Improvements
We’ve also made several behind-the-scenes and usability improvements, including:
- More consistent date handling throughout Doctivity
- A fix for paging when using multiple filters in Activity Notes
- Additional improvements to Provider and Organization market data
