Development Update v3.2.17 Aug. 24, 2026

Greetings Users,

We’ve released Doctivity Version 3.2.17, with updates focused on improving AI responses, performance, reporting, and data quality across the platform.

Here’s what’s new:

  • Improved AI responses with Key — We’ve refined Key’s responses based on usage and customer feedback to provide more useful and relevant results.
  • Provider email visibility — Provider email addresses, when available, are now included in the Locations → Providers table.
  • Faster Visits and Referrals — We’ve improved performance for customers providing EMR data, making Visits and Referrals faster and more responsive.
  • Updated Locations PDF exports — Provider email addresses are now included in Locations PDF downloads when available.
  • Dashboard activity chart fix — We resolved an issue that could affect the Your Activity This Month chart when activity note volume was low.
  • Additional analytics improvements — We’ve made several behind-the-scenes refinements and fixes to improve the reliability and consistency of analytics throughout the platform.
