Development Update v3.2.19 August 31, 2026
Greetings Users,
We’re excited to share another round of updates now available in Doctivity. This release includes new tools for managing provider status, additional data in Shared Patient reporting, and several usability and performance improvements across the platform.
New Provider Status Management
You can now mark providers as Inactive within Doctivity, making it easier to maintain an accurate view of your provider network as physicians retire, relocate or otherwise become inactive.
- Inactive status is clearly displayed on the Provider Details page.
- Inactive providers are automatically excluded from Locations → Providers by default, helping keep your active provider lists cleaner and more relevant.
More Detail in Shared Patient Reporting
We’ve expanded the Provider → Shared Patient Provider Affiliation CSV download to now include patient counts, providing additional context when analyzing provider relationships and shared patient activity.
We’ve also simplified the Shared Patient visualization by removing numbers that could cause confusion and made additional spacing and layout improvements to the page.
Additional Fixes & Improvements
This release also includes several behind-the-scenes and usability enhancements, including:
- Fixed an issue affecting reimbursement data downloads from Organization → Captured Claims.
- Fixed an issue where manually adding a provider affiliation could occasionally require a second attempt before saving.
- Additional improvements to platform analytics, data processing and overall performance.
As always, these updates are driven in large part by feedback from our customers. Please continue sharing your ideas and experiences with the Doctivity team as we’re continually working to make the platform more useful, intuitive and actionable.
Thank you for being a Doctivity customer!
