What Are Primary Locations?

An Organization in Doctivity can have many Locations. An Organization can only have one Primary Location.

The Primary Location is denoted with a Check Mark in the Primary Location column of the Locations Table, within an Organization details page.

Only Doctivity Admins can change a Primary Location. If you believe an organization needs it's primary location changed, please contact Doctivity using the Contact Icon on this page, or email support@doctivityhealth.com.

Note- Organizations and their data are shared across all Doctivity Clients. Any changes made, will be seen by any other Client. The goal is accuracy for all.
