Connecting A Location To An Organization

All users can connect Locations to Organizations. Any changes made are global and will be seen by all Doctivity Users across Clients. The goal of the Organization to Locations relationship is accuracy so we believe any changes should be shared to achieve that goal.

Note: Primary Locations tied to Organizations cannot be moved. If you run into a situation where you believe you need a new location created, please contact Doctivity support on this page or by emailing support@doctivityhealthy.com.

Adding a New Location To An Organization

• Click "+ Add Location" from the Organization Details & Locations page
• Filter and Select the Location you'd like to tie to the Organization. You must choose one that is not already tied to an Organization.
• Review the connection and click Confirm.
• The Location will now be in the list of Locations for that Organization
