I Can't Find My Location In Doctivity. How Do I Add A New Location?

Currently, only Admins (Doctivity Staff) can add new Locations to Doctivity.


We encourage you to search ALL Locations. Sometimes less is more in the search. Don't add Suite numbers or secondary address details when searching. If you search, and cannot find a location to connect an organization too, you can request a new one be added by emailing Doctivity at support@doctivityhealth.com or using the chat beacon in the bottom right of this Knowledge Base.


Common examples of where a new location may need added:

  • You find the location but it already has an Organization connected to it in Doctivity.
  • A shared facility with multiple different healthcare organizations in it.
  • A brand new healthcare practice at a new location.
