Who See's What, When I Add Info Or Make Changes In Doctivity?

Doctivity does its best to empower users to make changes that enhance the overall platform for all users as well as give each user and each Client the power to control and group data and information for just their use.

Providers

• Details and Contact are global. Any changes made to this data will be changed and visible by all Docitivity users, across different Doctivity clients. 
  • These are editable by all users. 
  • Changes are logged and visible by Doctivity Admins. 
• A Provider’s Market Data is Global across all clients. There are no editable fields or information in this section.
• Activity Notes are per Doctivity Client. 
• All users within a client can see all Activity Notes within their client. They are not private to a user.
  • They are private across Doctivity Clients.
• Provider Profiles are visible by all members of a Doctivity Client. They are not private by user. 
  • Provider Profiles are private across Doctivity Clients.
• Provider Metrics / RVU’s are per client. The same provider can be affiliated to multiple clients, and their metrics and RVU’s individual and unique for each.
• Affiliated and Non-Affiliated Providers are unique per Client.

Organizations

• Information about Organizations in Doctivity are shared across all users, and all Doctivity clients. 
  • This includes demographic info of Name, Facility Type, Specialty, Phone Number, and Total Patients 
  • Includes identified Locations within Doctivity that are in the same organization. 
  • Includes the market data of Doctivity about an Organization.
• Affiliated Organizations are provided by a client and can only be seen by users in that client as Affiliated.
• Organizations are tied to Locations in Doctivity. If you believe an organization is at an incorrect location, or is assigned any incorrect data within Doctivity, please use the help Beacon in the lower right corner for Doctivity to report this information, or email the team with the information at support@doctivityhealth.com.

Locations

• Demographic data for Locations in Doctivity are shared across all users, and all Doctivity clients. 
  • This includes the Location name, details, Similar Locations, and Connected Providers
• Any Contacts connected to a Location are per client. They are not shared through Doctivity.
• Any Activity Notes connected to a Location are per client. They are not shared through Doctivity.
• NOTE - Contacts and Activity Notes can be seen by any other user in a company. They are not private per user.

Activity Notes

• Activity Notes are always per Client in Doctivity. No other Doctivity Client can see any Activity Note no matter if a Provider, Contact, or Location is tagged.
• NOTE - Activity Notes can be seen by any other user in a company. They are not private per user.
• NOTE - Doctivity Staff as administrators of the Doctivity system may see Activity Notes from time to time.

Contacts

• Contacts are always per Client in Doctivity.
• NOTE - Contacts can be seen by any other user in a company. They are not private per user.
• NOTE - Doctivity Staff as administrators of the Doctivity system may see a client's Contacts from time to time.

Market Data

• "Markets" created in Market Data are always per Client in Doctivity.
• Markets may be public, making them available to anyone in the client, or Private, making them visible to only the user.
