Adding Fields / Tags To Activity Notes

Each Client has the ability to request custom fields to be added in their Activity Notes.

The fields can be Names, marked as required or non-required, and then have the option of being Single Choice, or Multiple Choice.


These are per Client and seen by all users making Activity Notes in that Client.


Custom Tags can be filtered on in the front end, as well as reports downloaded with their results.
