Creating / Adding New Doctivity Users
How do I add new users?
- Adding new Doctivity users is currently an admin feature handled by Doctivity Health staff. Please send an email to support@doctivityhealth.com for assistance.
- You will need to provide a new user’s First Name, Last Name, Email Address, and Phone Number. The phone number should be able to receive SMS messages for TFA, which is required.
How do I delete users?
- Doctivity inactivates users that should no longer have access to the system, versus deleting them. This keeps the history of Activity Notes and other user actions in the system.
- Inactive users can no longer access Doctivity or any of the data in it.
- To have a user inactivated please send an email to support@doctivityhealth.com. Include the first and last name of the user as well as their email address and phone number.
- Note- Users who do not log in to Doctivity for 90 days will be automatically inactivated. If this occurs, please email Doctivity to re-enable a user.
My user is inactive. What do I do?
