What Is An Inactive Doctivity User?
My user is inactive. What do I do?
- Users who do not log in to Doctivity for 90 days will be automatically inactivated. If this occurs, please email Doctivity at support@doctivityhealth.com to re-activate a user. Include the first and last name of the user as well as their email address and phone number.
- Inactive users can no longer access Doctivity or any of the data in it.
- Doctivity inactivates users that should no longer have access to the system, versus deleting them. This keeps the history of Activity Notes and other user actions in the system.
