Version 2.4.16 has been pushed to production with the following changes:


- Claims data using latest from LN (Jan 2023 through December 2023)
- Claims dates updated
- Claims dates added to pages using LN data, including Providers, and Organizational Market Data pages
- Provider address mailer download tool
- Reworked Documents section to allow for downloads page
- Loading indicator added to tables
- Company field added to contacts
- 0 padding for zip codes that start with 0 (For MA Zips)
- 0 padding of zip3 csv download (For MA Zips)
- Due date added to activity note tables 
- Show None for nothing selected in multi-select labels in Activity Notes
- Add link for market data providers in organization detail
- Show icons for available label namespaces
- Unresolved activity notes link to detail page
- Fix to not change the label while market/label modal is open
- Fix to new app versions not automatically refreshing
